Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7 day return policy from date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
If you return within 7 days, we’re happy to replace your item; return and reship courier costs are for your account.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of e-liquids & disposables.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued as store credit for the amount paid (shipping is non-refundable).
3 Month Warranty: Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind our products with a 3 month warranty from date of purchase for manufacturing defects or items damaged on arrival.
How it works
Within 3 months, email info@vapeinn.co.za with:
Order number,
Clear photos of the defect/damage (include close-ups and the whole item).
Our team will assess your claim & contact you with an outcome.
Outcomes
If approved, we will either issue store credit for the product amount paid or issue a replacement.
Shipping fees are not covered or refunded.
Exclusions (not covered by warranty)
General wear and tear.
Water/liquid damage.
Damage due to misuse, accidental breakage, improper care, or unauthorised repairs/alterations.
